Q3: How can I get a quotation?
A: Please send us an inquiry with the material, size, artwork and quantity. Otherwise, you can send us the pictures and ideas, we will provide you our professional suggestions for your consideration.
Q4: What's your production lead time?
A: Normal circumstances the production time is 12 to 15 days according to the order quantity and production details.If your order is urgent, we can also arrange it as priority. Please contact our sale for a more exact timeline.
Q5: Could you do design for us ?
A: Yes, we can.All of boxes are customized. We also can design the size, color and logo as your requests.
Q6: What is your MOQ?
Usually it is 1000 pieces but it is negotiable if there is many different size or design artwork.
Q7: Could you provide samples & what's sample delivery time?
Yes, normally we will provide free samples, but you need to afford the freight cost. If you want to customize a physical sample as your requirements there will be charges involve. However, this could be refund upon mass production.
It will take around 7 days for the sample making.
Q8: What kind of payment do you accept ?
Paypal, West Union, MoneyGram,T/T, L/C,Cash, etc.
Q9: What kind of file do you need to make the mass production?
A: AI, CDR, PDF, and high resolution JPG and PNG. AI is the best file to ensure the printing quality. If you have no design file, do no worry, we can provide design services for you.
Q9: How do you ensure product quality?
A: We have advance machinery that is imported from JAPAN and GERMANY. These machineries are regularly service to ensure production excellent. However printing products always have color deviation, we cannot promise to avoid it.
Q10: How to ship the goods ?
A: Ex-work or FOB, if you have own forwarder in China.
B: CFR or CIF, etc., if you need us to make shipment for you.
